Frame & mechanism — 3 years onsite
The gas-lift, tilt mechanism, base, and frame are built from heavier-grade material than a standard 1-year chair, and we back that with an onsite repair or replacement for 3 years.

Mesh & fabric — 1 year
Upholstery sees the most day-to-day wear, so it's covered under our standard 1-year fabric warranty against manufacturing defects.

Onsite means onsite
